Our conference facility can accommodate up to 27 persons and up to 46 persons in the meeting room without equipment. The conference facility can be split into two rooms if desired. Our conference facility offers the following:

- Internet connection
- Activity program
There is wireless Internet access on Deck 3, in conference rooms, beside the lounge chairs on Deck 4 and in the Skybar on Deck 7. Access codes can be purchased at Reception on Deck 3 or in the Skybar when it is open.
The Internet connection on board the ship is dependent on satellite and radio communication so the speed and stability of the service will vary with the position of the ship and local coverage conditions. Users can experience service interruptions.
The service offered supports only "normal" web surfing (news, email, social media). The service is not suitable for music and video streaming or download, mobile office solutions (such as Citrix and VPN) or other services requiring high bandwidth and / or stable communication.
We recommend that our conference guests download all data files and presentations in advance. Our conference guests will be given Internet access coupons at check-in and these can be exchanged for access codes at Reception on Deck 3.
