From the centre of Hovden, a groomed winter trail leads towards Hegni. Walk at your own pace through the snow-covered scenery and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Along the way, you’ll cross the charming Støylsbrua bridge before continuing towards the small pump house in Otrosåsen.
The trail is shared by cross-country skiers and walkers alike, but there’s plenty of space for everyone. With a pair of sturdy winter boots or snowshoes, it’s an easy and peaceful way to enjoy Hovden’s winter landscape – perfect for a calm morning stroll or a refreshing afternoon walk in the sun.
