Fjord Club is Fjord Line's free loyalty programme for everyone travelling by ferry between Norway and Denmark. As a member, you earn bonus points on every voyage, enjoy exclusive member offers and onboard discounts, and stay up to date with travel news and exciting invitations. Membership is personal, available to individuals over the age of 18, and cannot be transferred to others.

Yes, the basic Fjord Club membership is completely free. You can also upgrade to Fjord Club Premium for EUR 24 per year, which gives you extra benefits such as a discount on the buffet on board, 10% discount on hot drinks at Starbucks, and a 100 DKK voucher to use at selected venues on board.

Fjord Club has two main levels. The basic membership is free and gives you bonus points and access to member offers. Premium costs EUR 24 per year and offers significantly more benefits: 10% discount on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for you and one companion, 10% discount on hot drinks at Starbucks on board, a 100 DKK voucher to use at selected venues on board issued at check-in, as well as exclusive offers and invitations. Some of our most active Premium members also hold Ambassador status with additional benefits.

You earn 5% bonus points on travel and cabins when you book directly with Fjord Line and provide your Fjord Club membership at the time of booking. Points are calculated on the travel and cabin price minus taxes and fees. When several people travel together, points are credited to the person who books. No points are awarded for additional products or trips paid in full or in part with points.

1 bonus point equals 1 NOK and can be used as payment when booking a trip with Fjord Line.

You can pay in full or in part with earned points on a selection of trips. You will find available trips you can pay for with points on our offers page. Payment with points cannot be combined with other offers and discounts.

Bonus points are valid for two years from the date they are earned. If your membership is terminated, earned points will not be credited.

If you travel with Fjord Line more than once a year, you will typically get your money's worth from the Premium membership (EUR 24/year). Premium gives you 10% discount on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for you and one companion, 10% discount on hot drinks at Starbucks on board, and a 100 DKK voucher to use at selected venues on board. The more you travel, the more you save.

Fjord Club membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Each person who wants to earn their own points and benefits needs to register their own membership. However, Premium members share their buffet discount with one companion on the same trip.

No, bonus points are only earned on trips booked directly with Fjord Line or via fjordline.com. Bookings made through third parties such as travel agents or booking sites do not qualify for points.

Your points are valid for two years from the date they are earned. If your membership is inactive for more than three years, Fjord Line may terminate your membership and delete personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions.

To access your member benefits on board, you need to identify yourself with your Fjord Club membership card. You can find your membership number and membership card by logging in to My Page.

Valid for one (1) purchase at Seaview Bar & Nightclub, Pier 42 Sportsbar or 24 to Go on board MS Bergensfjord or MS Stavangerfjord, or at the Café on board Fjord FSTR. The voucher is issued only upon physical check-in at Fjord Line's terminals, upon presentation of a valid Premium membership. The voucher must be presented to a Fjord Line crew member before payment. Valid only for the crossing indicated by the validity dates on the voucher. Remaining amounts under 100 DKK will not be refunded – amounts exceeding 100 DKK must be paid with another form of payment. Cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other discount vouchers or transferred to others. Not valid for purchases of snus/chewing tobacco, cigarettes or medicines. The voucher will not be issued for journeys received as a gift or gift card where only the environmental surcharge has been paid. Age restrictions and licensing regulations apply when purchasing alcohol. Invalid without the crew member's signature and completed validity dates.
