Your city break begins in Hirtshals as you step on board Fjord Line. With several daily departures, the crossing is both flexible and comfortable, offering a relaxed start to your journey. During the sailing across the Skagerrak, there is plenty of time to enjoy the open sea views and unwind before arriving in Norway.
Upon arrival in Kristiansand, you check in at your hotel and can immediately start exploring the city. Begin in Posebyen, where white wooden houses and cobbled streets create a charming, historic atmosphere. Small shops and cosy cafés invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Just a short walk away, you will find the harbour and Fiskebrygga, where restaurants and cafés add life and ambience – the perfect spot for lunch or a break with views of the water.
You may then continue to Odderøya, where coastal paths, small galleries and open vistas offer a sense of calm and reflection, before rounding off the day with dinner at one of the city’s welcoming restaurants.
