Fjord Line Freight CO₂e Emission Calculator

How it works:
The calculation is based on the internationally recognised standard ISO 14083 and uses the following key inputs:
- Total weight of the transport (including truck and trailer) (tonnes)
- Distance of the selected route (nautical miles, NM)
- Average emissions intensity for the vessels (g CO₂e / tonnes-NM)
Reliable and transparent data: The emission intensities are based on the vessels' official EU MRV emission reports, ensuring that your result is:
- Based on third-party-verified and publicly available data
- Aligned with recognised regulatory frameworks
- Updated annually to reflect actual operational performance
The emission model is updated annually in May, following the publication of the vessels' annual EU MRV emission reports.
Note: Freight CO₂e emissions calculations are not available for HSC Fjord FSTR.
