Did you forget something onboard or at one of our terminals?
Fjord Line uses iLost to manage lost and found items. On this page, you can search for your item and see if it has been found and registered. If you find your item, you can submit a claim directly in iLost.
To help us confirm that the item belongs to you, please provide as much detailed information as possible. Your booking number, which ship you travelled on, and where onboard you believe you lost the item, for example cabin or seating area, are very helpful.
Use the search field in the iLost widget to search for the item you have lost. If you know which ship you travelled on, you can filter the search directly in the widget by selecting the correct location:
Select Kristiansand / Fjord FSTR in the filter.
Select Stavanger / MS Stavangerfjord / Bergensfjord in the filter.
If you are unsure which ship you travelled on, you can leave the filter set to All locations and search the entire list. You can also find the ship's name in your booking confirmation.
If you find your item in the list:
Fjord Line will then assess your claim and notify you via iLost.
Lost and found items from Fjord FSTR are stored in Kristiansand.
Lost and found items from MS Stavangerfjord and MS Bergensfjord are stored in Stavanger.
Lost and found items are kept for 30 days, after which forgotten items are donated to charity and valuables are handed over to the Police Lost and Found Service.
If your item does not appear in iLost, it may mean that it has not been registered yet, or that it has not been found.
New items are added to iLost continuously. We therefore recommend that you check the page regularly.
If you do not find your item on iLost after three business days, unfortunately we have not found your lost property.
If your claim is approved, you will receive information on how the item can be collected.
Shipping is possible, but direct booking of shipping through iLost is not yet available. If you wish to have the item sent, you will receive information on how to arrange shipping yourself via Posten Norge.
Once shipping has been arranged, the postage code or tracking code and delivery address must be sent back via iLost. Fjord Line can only package and send the item once this has been received.
Taxfree goods are subject to special rules.
Taxfree goods cannot be sent onshore, collected at a terminal or sent by mail due to customs regulations. Such goods must be collected onboard during your next international sailing with Fjord Line.
Taxfree goods are stored onboard for up to 7 days. If the item is not collected within the deadline, it will be destroyed in accordance with current procedures. Collection time must be arranged directly with Front Office onboard.
