If you like trying a bit of everything and have a good appetite, set your course for the big favourite Commander Buffet. The restaurant is located at the far stern on deck seven and offers a spectacular view. Here you'll find everything you could and should expect from a first-class buffet.

The buffet restaurant changes its offering throughout the day, so you'll be served a fresh breakfast, a proper lunch and a broad choice of main evening meals. The selection varies depending on the season and weekly theme, but you're always guaranteed an impressive and tasty spread. Commander Buffet can seat around 250 guests.

Between Bergen/Stavanger <-> Hirtshals, the table setting for all meals is valid for 90 minutes.

Between Kristiansand <-> Hirtshals, guests can sit in the Commander Buffet for breakfast and lunch throughout the crossing. The buffet closes food service 60 minutes before arrival, and beverage service closes 30 minutes before arrival. Dinner will have table seating for 90 minutes.

Grieg À la carte offers the best of two worlds, combining traditional French brasserie fare with high-quality Norwegian offerings. At Grieg Restaurant, we follow a culinary philosophy that is based on good, uncomplicated and tasty meals made from scratch. Our chefs use the seasonally-inspired menu to give you and your companion a superb tasting experience.

The atmosphere is calm, with comfortable seating and professional attention by the waiting staff. Whatever you eat and drink at Grieg Restaurant will be exquisite and out of the ordinary.

Grieg Restaurant is ideal whether you want to share a romantic meal or wish to celebrate big or small occasions with good friends and colleagues. The restaurant can accommodate 62 guests and is on deck 7.

Sometimes, a quick and simple meal is all you need. At Oasis Garden Café on deck 7, you'll find lots of different dishes to choose from. Everything from open and regular sandwiches, stir-fry dishes and pizza, to tasty traditional home-cooked meals and desserts.

At the bow of the ship on deck 7, boasting a gorgeous view, you'll find Sea View Bar and Nightclub - the ship's popular area. This is where our artists and entertainers perform to keep you and your travel companions amused.

Sea View Bar and Nightclub also has a large, classic bar where our bartenders will do their best to impress you with whatever drink you request. You're guaranteed to find something here to get your taste buds going.

For many people, a visit to the bar goes hand in hand with relaxing holiday moments. Our sports bar, Pier 42 on deck 7 offers snacks, drinks of every kind, sports on a big screen TV and a great atmosphere.

We have created a cosy outdoor lounge suitable for the whole family at the very top of the ship on deck 10. Here you can enjoy your journey out on deck in a comfortable chair, enjoying the warmth of the sun or heat lamps in the daytime or in the evening. The lounge offers a variety of refreshments, light meals and snacks and there is a well-stocked bar serving both the customers outdoors and indoors. On nice days, the chefs grill out here, and the entertainment moves out here when the weather is good.

Right next to it, there is a children's play area where the kids can have fun while the adults relax and enjoy the view.

For that extra bit of comfort during your crossing, we recommend that you book a seat in the Fjord Lounge. The lounge is perfect for anyone who wants to get the most out of their trip with Fjord Line, whether for just relaxing or getting some work done while travelling. The chairs are very comfortable and you can enjoy a fantastic sea view in a cosy atmosphere. You are also guaranteed a power supply for your smartphone, laptop or other equipment and can use the free Wi-Fi on board. Hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks (coffee, tea and a selection of juices) are included when you book a seat in the lounge, and if you get hungry you can order both lunch and dinner from a separate menu.

The Fjord Lounge is open 07:00-19:00 every day.

A brand new café has opened on deck 7. It is part of the major Starbuck’s “We Proudly Serve Starbucks™” program. This means that you’ll be able to buy delicious Starbucks coffee on board, as well as several Starbucks products like cake and biscuits.

Be sure to enjoy an excellent cup of coffee during your trip.

Should you feel a little rumbling in your stomach after the restaurants and shops have closed, we have an offer that is always open for you. Right by the reception on deck 7, you will find the 24 to Go kiosk, open 24 hours a day, where you can buy various snacks, drinks and a selection of duty-free goods.
