Norway HovdenParken – Norway’s best terrain park?

HovdenParken – Norway’s best terrain park?

Are you into snowboarding, freestyle, or twintip skiing? Then head to Hovden. Here, you’ll find a terrain park with both blue and red lines – and plenty of challenging features for every style and skill level.

If your ski holiday calls for fun, adrenaline, and a little airtime, Hovden is the place to be. HovdenParken has been expanded and refined year after year, and even though the park was already named Norway’s best terrain park back in 2017, that hasn’t stopped the team’s creativity from soaring even higher.

The park is developed by passionate snowboarders in collaboration with students from Hovden Ski Gymnasium – including Sindre Tveiten, a former member of the Norwegian national snowboard team – so you can expect to find new features and challenges every time you visit.

Stretching 1,250 meters in length, the park currently offers both a blue and a red line. If you’re not an expert yet, start with the blue – because the red line is packed with sharp turns and serious airtime for those ready to push their limits.

HovdenParken features up to 30 different elements – including large and medium jumps, rails, boxes, and pipes – offering endless opportunities for creative runs and fun sessions throughout the day.
