Norway offers a wealth of beautiful cycling routes where you can ride along fjords, through beautiful forests and over majestic mountains. Along the way, you can stop at small settlements and historic buildings or enjoy a packed lunch on the banks of a rushing river.
Norway's most famous cycling route is Rallarvegen near Voss and Flåm in Fjord Norway, but Telemark and Southern Norway also offer plenty of fantastic cycling routes, whether you are interested in mountain biking or regular road biking.
Many hotels and resorts offer bike rental for one or several days if you do not want to bring your own – and if you want a little boost on your trip, many places even rent out electric bikes.

And if you just cannot get enough of Norwegian traditions, many smaller communities have cozy open-air museums where old buildings, craftmanship and traditions are brought to life.
