The area has both shorter, flat routes (from around 6 km) and full-day rides of approximately 75 km. Many routes follow dedicated paths, gravel tracks or cycle lanes, keeping you away from road traffic so you can enjoy the surroundings in peace.
All routes take you through the area's beautiful scenery, and several include cultural highlights along the way – such as the impressive Vatnedal Dam or the stone bridges of the old Setesdal Railway.
